We welcome the challenge of a diverse project, while also enjoying the consistency that a national or local commercial chain can bring. From a large multi-tenant site to a single user site, we can provide all your site development needs.
Whether the Industrial site begins with the development of infrastructure necessary for the creation of individual sub lots, or with a sub lot ready for a specific user, we can meet your development needs. We provide engineering and design services for both the overall Industrial development and the individual Industrial sites.
A Mixed-Use site may combine various residential, commercial, office or industrial sites to create a unique blend of uses. Neff & Associates has a great deal experience in solving many of the unique situations that arise with mixed use developments.
