Sites include new developments on vacant property to expansion and redevelopment of existing properties. Local zoning codes and site information available at the time of planning are researched and incorporated into the preliminary plans.
Keeping current with new trends is important in the success of a project, and we are always looking for ways to incorporate them while meeting the needs of the client and complying with city ordinances. We are available to submit and present plans as required to governing agencies for approvals and can also provide color presentation drawings to better communicate ideas and aid in the approval process.

Municipal zoning codes are often found to be outdated and leave little room for innovative solutions to projects. Particularly, the recent attention to the environment, more specifically the “green” movement, has resulted in the need to apply more innovative solutions to projects. We closely review codes for interpretation and look for ways the code can be applied to meet the goals of a particular project. Some municipalities are in the process or have changed their codes as a result of our projects.
