This project cost are estimated to be $10M which includes a 17,000 sf Center for Innovation and Growth building and parking. Civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying services were provided for this project. Site work consists of parking, entrances, underground detention, and bioretention basins. Landscape architectural services include a master planting and hardscape plan for the improved areas. Surveying services consisted of boundary and topographic surveys as well as construction staking. Professional services began for this project in October of 2008, and construction was completed summer of 2009.
