Project Description: Neff & Associates provided surveying and civil engineering services for this $480 million mixed-use lifestyle center located on 75 acres in Westlake, Ohio. The initial phase of development included infrastructure for both public and private roadways, multiple parking garages, single family and townhouse residential sites, retail buildings, and restaurants. Coordination with the City of Westlake, Port Authority, utility companies and numerous consultants was essential. Our firm has also provided construction staking for portions of the site and building construction. To meet NPDES requirements, this project included a retrofit of an existing City of Westlake master detention basin turning it into a water quality basin that treats not only Crocker Park, but the entire 280 acre drainage area. The development of Crocker Park is ongoing with additional phases currently being designed.
