Neff & Associates worked closely with Pulte Homes to plan and develop the Briarwood Estates residential community in the Village of Richfield, Ohio. The new development offers 130 single-family homes with a community playground and connects to Briarwood Road. Neff & Associates completed surveying, planning, and civil engineering for this new community.
