Neff & Associates provided surveying and civil engineering services for this $230 million project located at Harvard Road and I-271 in the Village of Orange, Ohio. The 58-acre hybrid retail and residential district features 400,000-square-feet of retail space, in addition to office space and luxury apartments. It is the largest development in the history of the Village of Orange and opened in the summer of 2018.
